This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Agreement”) on which Indoor Self Storage (“we”, “us”) supplies self storage services to you (“Customer”). Please read carefully before entering into an agreement with us. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
WHO WE ARE
Indoor Self Storage Dartmouth of Collingwood Road, Dartmouth, TQ6 9JY (Company number: 09004035, VAT Registration number: 193485570) is the facility operator. Contact details are provided on our website: indoorselfstorage.co.uk/contact.
STORAGE PERIOD
The storage period begins on the date referenced on your online account and runs for 28 days, extending automatically unless 14 days’ cancellation notice is given by either party. Unit sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.
PAYMENT
Storage costs must be paid in advance and on time. If payments are not received, we reserve the right to restrict access and ultimately sell or dispose of goods in accordance with this Agreement.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
You must:
- Own or be authorised to store the goods.
- Keep the unit secure after each visit.
- Ensure goods stored are suitable for the unit.
- Not store excluded items such as dangerous, illegal, perishable, or environmentally harmful goods. See the full list in our FAQ’s.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Our liability is limited to negligence only and capped at £100. Customers must arrange insurance for the full replacement value of goods stored unless opting for our StoreProtect enhanced liability option.
TERMINATION
You may cancel within 14 days of signing up (cooling-off period). After this, you must give 14 days’ notice to terminate. All goods must be removed, and the unit left in good condition.
PERSONAL DATA
We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also use the Storer Check Database as part of our credit and reference checks.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to mediation before court proceedings.
